CM Punjab Announces Major Relief on Flour & Sugar Prices – Latest Update!
The Government of Punjab has announced some of the major relief packages for the people across Punjab during the month of Ramzan. Now the prices of Flour and Sugar will decrease according to CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz and till the whole month people will get maximum relief in the food essentials.

Subsidy On Flour & Sugar Prices
Significant price reductions for flour and sugar are being implemented throughout the province as part of the Negahban Ramzan Package 2025, per the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
Shoaib Jadoon, Director General (DG) of the Punjab Food Department, told APP that 4,871 bags of flour were sold at government-established special relief markets in the last 24 hours.
Subsidy of Rs 20 to Rs 85
“These relief stalls are offering a subsidy of Rs 20 to Rs 85 on 10-kg flour bags,” he added. Additionally, during the same time period, more than 41,000 kg of sugar were sold at relief stalls for a set price of Rs 130 per kg.

301 flour sacks were distributed in Sahiwal division, 213 in Faisalabad, 160 in Sargodha, 1,383 in Lahore division, 579 in Gujranwala and Gujarat, and 1,198 in Rawalpindi districts. In a similar vein, 576 flour sacks were sold in Dera Ghazi Khan districts, 80 in Bahawalpur, and 381 in Multan division.
Foods Selling At Sahulat Stall At Lower Prices
The DG Food emphasized that every effort was being made to guarantee that the public could obtain reasonably priced food supplies. On the chief minister’s orders, the price reduction for flour is being implemented directly. In partnership with the sector, a number of necessities are offered at sahulat stalls for less than the going rate, and a steady supply of wheat and sugar is guaranteed.

Ramzan Negahan Package Update: Rs 10k To 3M Families
Under the Nigahban Ramzan Package 2025, the Punjab government is giving Rs 10,000 in monetary support to 3 million low-income and worthy families this year, under the directives of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
At the same time, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced that 4 million families, or roughly 20 million Pakistanis, will receive Rs 5,000 each using a digital wallet as part of the federal Ramazan Package 2025. In contrast to the Rs 7 billion allotted last year, the PM emphasized that a sizable sum of Rs 20 billion has been set aside for this year’s Ramadan package.
