BISP Fourth Tranche Starting Via Retail Payment Module Nationwide

Benazir Income Support Program is Pakistan’s most renowned and best social welfare organization that is working for the right and financial assistance of vulnerable women who are living their life in a desperate situation without any backup support. Under the 8171 BISP Kafalat initiative these women are assisted with the quarterly tranche of Rs 13500 every month, therefore it is important for all the beneficiaries to get the latest BISP update of the new month.

BISP Fourth Tranche Starting Via Retail Payment Module Nationwide

According to the latest update received from the 8171 web portal, BISP 4rth tranche has been started across the nation from June 16 and women who have received a notification from “8171” are visiting their nearest retail outlets to get the cash.

BISP Kafalat 4th Tranche Update 2025

The fourth tranche of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Kafalat scheme for 2025 is already being distributed, with Rs. 13,500 going to qualified women. Those who have completed the mandatory dynamic survey and have a low PMT score are given priority for this payment, which is a component of the continuous efforts to assist low-income families.

This time, BISP has shifted its installment disbursement process to the retail payment model. Therefore, from June 16, all beneficiaries are now directed to collect their monthly Wazifa with a digital slip from the designated bank retail outlets.

BISP Mandatory Survey Update 2025

A crucial reminder has been sent out by the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) to all of its recipients who have received financial aid throughout the last three years.  It has stated that in order to continue getting assistance under the BISP Kafalat program, beneficiaries must complete a new survey by June 30, 2025.

If the recipients do not complete the survey by June 30th, BISP has warned that payment will be discontinued following the April-June 2025 quarterly installment.

According to Dr. Tahir Noor, the retail model is being used to improve the experience of beneficiaries through the use of biometric authentication, convenient access locations, and a more open process that includes printed receipts.

He reiterated BISP’s commitment to ensuring that cash transfers are conducted in a manner that maintains the comfort, respect, and dignity of each beneficiary.

Campaigns for BISP Field Teams

Dr. Noor also instructed BISP field teams to conduct timely and transparent communication efforts to guarantee that all beneficiaries are informed of the new disbursement procedures well in advance. Dr. Tahir Noor visited Bahawalpur and Multan earlier this week as part of his broader supervisory tour of South Punjab.

During these trips, he evaluated field preparations and worked with regional BISP officials and representatives of partner financial institutions.
